We have recently expanded our doggy daycare and boarding services from our home to a new facility. The style of boarding is stay and play, meaning the dogs get to play a majority of the day. The facility is in an old house, which gives it that cozy being at home feeling. The facility is climate controlled, has a monitored security system with cameras as well as a smoke, CO2 and Flood alarm.
There are three boarding rooms with extra large, individual crates with a bed and blanket for the dogs to stay in at night and we also have a crate bank for smaller dogs. Each boarding room also has a camera for monitoring after hours. There are three separate indoor playrooms and two outdoor play yards for the dogs to run around and get lots of exercise and stimulation in. There are comfy dog beds, chairs and a couch throughout the building for the dogs to hang out on when they aren't playing!
Please look through the photos below and check out the video tour to get a feel for where your dog will be staying and playing. Due to the nature of stay and play boarding the dogs are loose in the building during business hours. When new people come in it gets them very excited and can stress them out and cause altercations. For everyone's safety we no longer provide in person tours. This is why we decided to make a video tour and post it here for your reference. Thank you for your understanding!
DISCLAIMER: Due to the nature of dogs playing together, injuries are bound to happen. We do our best to separate the dogs into appropriate play groups and though injuries are rare, they do happen occasionally. We will always perform first aid immediately upon becoming aware of an injury and will notify the owners immediately. Sometimes, due to fur or the dogs not making us aware of their injury we might miss it. If this happens, please let us know within 24 hours, after 24 hours we can't be responsible for the injury as there was enough time for it to have occured outside of our facility. We perform random checks throughout the day to insure we don't miss anything, but it is possible we may still miss something. If the injury requires vet care, we will consult with the owner prior to taking the dog to the vet unless it's a life or death emergency. We do have liability insurance for instances such as this so all vet care required while a dog is in our care due to injury will be covered by our insurance.
