Due to limiited space and availability and to better plan our schedules and availability for clients we have instituted the following cancellation policy for each service.
Doggy Daycare: If cancelled after midnight before the start of the scheduled daycare, the full charge for the scheduled day of daycare will be charged.
Boarding: If cancelled within 24 hours to the start of the scheduled boarding period, a 50% cancellation charge of the entire, scheduled boarding fee will be due.
Pet Care Visits in Client’s Homes: If cancelled within 24 hours to the start of the scheduled visits, a 50% cancellation charge of the entire, scheduled visit fee will be due.
Late Departure or Early Return: If a client is delayed in leaving and delays the start of pet care or returns home early and cancels the remainder of the scheduled pet care, the full amount of the scheduled pet care will still be due.
Holiday & Peak Times for all services: Includes Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year holidays. To reserve a spot, the client must pay the full amount of the scheduled service up front. If cancelled within 24 hours to the start of the scheduled service, a 100% cancellation charge will be charged.
