Due to limited space and availability to clients, On Paws Professional Pet Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for services cancelled within the following time frames and according to the following schedule of charges:
Doggy Daycare: If cancelled after midnight before the start of the scheduled daycare, the full charge for the scheduled day of daycare will be due at the end of the week. If client used a prepaid package for the service, then that day will be deducted from the package.
Boarding: If cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee of the entire scheduled service fee will be deducted from the prepayment and the balance will be refunded.
Pet Care Visits in Client’s Homes: If cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee of the entire scheduled service fee will be deducted from the prepayment and the balance will be refunded.
Late Departure or Early Return: If a client is delayed in leaving and delays the start of pet care or returns home early and cancels the remainder of the scheduled pet care, no refunds will be given for scheduled visits that were not completed due to the client leaving late or returning early.
Holiday & Peak Times for all services: Includes Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year holidays. To reserve a spot, new clients must pay a 50% deposit of the scheduled service when booking. If cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the scheduled service, no refunds will be given.
